She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Matney and Emma Lou LaFollette Matney; her sisters, Connie West and Sue Langston; her half-siblings, Bill Cassy, Dale Cantrell and Frances Stevens; her grandson Brison Cole Coffman; and her nephews, Lonnie Bell and Christopher Cassy.

She is survived by: her husband Rex Allen Moore; her close friend Tim Rhodes of Nixa; her children, Jeffrey Moore (Carrie) of Thornfield, Amber Collins of Seymour, Babies, Patricia, Trinity, Emilee, Whitney, Hunter and Emmylou; her sisters, Debra Henry of Mansfield and Joyce Perrin (Bob) of Mansfield; her siblings-in-law, Gene West of Ozark, Jeannie Cassy of Ava and Penny Cantrell of Ozark; and her niece Jessica Parsons of Mansfield. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to help the family with final expenses.
