Edgar W. Armstrong Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edgar W. Armstrong of Nixa, Missouri, born in Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on July 26, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar W. Sr. Armstrong and Gladys Armstrong (Schreck); his son Bill Armstrong; and his brother Ernest Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Clevenger; his daughter Cynthia Armstrong; his grandchildren, Mark Freeman, Jr., Isaac Armstrong, Ruston Armstrong, Jessie Armstrong, Mason Peck and Hannah Peck Howland; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Ragsdale, Keri Bachman, Mercedes Murray, Stephanie Stephens, Tracy Clevenger, Kara Clevenger, Deborah Armstrong, Dale Clevenger, Craig Masterson, Adam Clevenger, Doug McCorkle, Bradley Murray, Joey Kincheloe, Kaiser Clevenger, Dale Armstrong, David Armstrong and Andy Armstrong. He is also survived by three great-great nieces.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
