She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Melton and Aggie Melton (DeLisle); her husband Ken McCullough; her siblings, Zoe Moore and Richard Melton; her son Greg Cummings; and her grandson Trevor Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Shelly (Ryan Worley) and Mark Cummings (Jerry Wellborn); her stepchildren, Andy McCullough of Crane and Cindy Evans of Springfield; her grandchildren, Austin Worley, Tristan Worley, Kenton Worley and Kyan Worley of Nixa; her niece Deb Henry; and her faithful shih tzu Charlie. She is also survived by many extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Adams Funeral Home of Nixa (109 N Truman Blvd, Nixa, MO 65714). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
