He was predeceased by: his parents, Schley and Mabel; his siblings, Gerald (Welcome), Loy Joe, J. C. (Barbara) and Marilyn Saladin; and his granddaughter Sophie Jane Holliday.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Schneider Holliday; his children, Samuel Matthew Holliday (Stephanie), Luke Henry Holliday of Rolla, MO and Eva Marie Holliday of Los Angeles, CA; his grandsons, Mason, Benton Holliday, Devyn Knisley and Connor Dalan; his sister-in-law Helen Holliday; his father-in-law Henry Schneider; his brothers-in-law, Dr. Mike Schneider (Karen) and Monty Schneider (Kristin); his nephew Dr. Mark Saladin; and his daughter-in-law Whitney Steele Holliday.
