He is survived by: his wife Alice Smith; his children, Amanda Cook (Scott), Donna Rowden (Steven) and Donnie Pettit (Patty); his grandchildren, Caleb, Alexandria (Ally), Adrianna (Annie), Makala, Stephanie and Miranda; and his siblings, Robert, George, Darlene, Carol and Pat. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with other friends and family.
