She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Sr. Wakefield and Irene Wakefield (Haines); her siblings, Charley Wakefield Jr. (Verna), Roberta Purvis (Ferrell), Donna Spencer (Howard) and Jerry Wakefield (Edith); and her sisters-in-law, Olive Jean Tarbell (Ival) and Joya Phillips (Howard).
She is survived by: her husband Wendell Wayne Phillips Sr.; her children, Randy Phillips (Rhonda) of Chanute, Todd Phillips (Karen) of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Mirinda Frealy (Arthur Aaron) of Nixa, Missouri; her grandchildren, Darren, Hannah, Cody, Samantha, Ely, Autumn and Avery; and her brother-in-law Howard Phillips. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
