He is survived by: his children, Dr. Deborah Kukal (Gary), Dr. Nancy Price (William) and Dr. David Brannan (Alison); his grandchildren, Anna Pringle, Morgan Swartzlander, Caleb Price, Curtis Kukal, Elizabeth Lange, Elizabeth Brannan and Adrian Brannan; and his children, Sake, Placita of Luis and Tucson. He is also survived by his 15 great-grandchildren.
