He was predeceased by: his son Michael Creach; his brothers, Conrad Creach and Rockne Creach; and his granddaughter Kathryn Creach. He is survived by: his wife Mary Creach; his children, Greg Creach (Wanda), Susan Wagstaff (Jim) and Stephen Creach (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brittany Wagstaff, Jared Wagstaff, Jennifer Creach, Kyle Creach, Kelsey Connor (Josh), Katie Creach and Elizabeth Black (Doug); his great grandchildren, Hedda Dodds, Zach Black and Alayna Douglas; and his great great grandchild Everhett Douglas. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
