He was predeceased by: his parents, Nona Lee Haney and Clayton Howard Wilfong; his wife Vergie Louise; and his siblings, Dorothy Scott, Iva Harty, Lorine Keith, Nadine Gaines and Dale Wilfong.
He is survived by: his sister Wilma Crawford of Anchorage, Alaska; his daughter Joan Newman (Earl); his granddaughters, Shari Lynn Wiley (Lance) and Julie Ann Tobash (Newman); and his great grandchildren, Ella Grace Wiley of Springfield, Missouri and Emarie Wren Wiley of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Second Baptist Church, 3111 E. Battlefield Road (04), designated for the Building Fund.
