He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Meadows and Lillie Meadows; and his siblings, Mary Louise Skeen and Bud Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his sons, John Meadows (Stephanie) and Christopher Meadows (Andrea); his former wife Karen Schwaab; his stepchildren, Chris Stoops (Anastasia) and Brandy Miklusicak (Dan); his grandchildren, Olivia (Cooper Meadows), Connor Meadows, Yeva (Ivan Stoops) and Julia Miklusicak; his nephews, David Skeen (Diana) of Stafford, VA, Doug Skeen (Pam) of Evans, WV and Danny Skeen of Ripley, WV; and his niece Donna Kay Skeen of Ripley, WV..
