She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Talley and Velma Talley; her sister Judy Talley; and her stepdaughter Megan Glasgow. She is survived by: her children, Michael Jernigan (Jessica) and Michelle Jernigan; her stepson Glen Glasgow (Kim); her sister Karen Chapman (Raymond); her nieces and nephews, Deborah Chapman, Denice Chapman and Chris Watkins; and her close friend Rachel Howland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family ask that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Wounded Warriors Project, Harbor House, and The Salvation Army.
