He was predeceased by: his father Earl Fitzpatrick; and his siblings, Charlotte and James (Joretta). He is survived by: his wife Joretta Jackson; his sons, Rickey Fitzpatrick (Shirley) and Randy Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Chris Fitzpatrick, Daren Fitzpatrick (Lillian), Shane Cargle, Shaun Cargle, Andrea Hart-Simmons and Cory Fitzpatrick; his great grandchildren, Sindie, Allen, Derek, Dylan, Brandon, Ty, Shelby, Jennie, Heather, Taylor, Keira and Nick; and his great great grandchildren, Addy and Blakelynn.
