He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Haworth and Mearl Bessie Haworth (Blevins); his wife Marcia; his son Cary Stephen Haworth; his daughter-in-law Linda Butler; and his siblings, Gene, Jack, Bob and Peggy.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Ann Schimek (Carl) of Nixa, Bill "Derek" Haworth of Nixa and Linda Michele Mawhiney (Mike) of Nixa; and his brother Gerald Haworth (Helen). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
