She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Garringer and Francis Garringer; her husband Orville Foraker; and her siblings, Junior, Jim Garringer and Louise Young.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Henson (Mike), Gene Pendergrass (Linda Wehr) and Rick Pendergrass (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Chad Henson, Thad Henson (Kim), Jason Henson, Mitzi Clark (Travis), Cory Pendergrass, Amy Rinker, Travis Pendergrass, Kyle Pendergrass (Casey), Colton Pendergrass (Hailey) and Caden Pendergrass. She is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home and Crematory - Nixa (109 N Truman Blvd, Nixa, MO 65714).
