She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Ward and Velma Lois Kirkwood (Borders); and her siblings, Bill Kirkwood, J. Ray Kirkwood, Jack Kirkwood, Joe Kirkwood and Shirley Curry.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Brian Morgan (Carrie) of Ozark, MO and Jeffrey Neal Morgan (Dana) of Ozark, MO; her sisters, Una Carpenter of Springdale, AR, Mary Lou Cox of Denver, NC and Betty Coffel of Snellville, GA; her grandchildren, Hailey Hale (Morgan), Jacob Morgan, Colten Morgan, Corbin Morgan, Madison Morgan and Macy Morgan; and her great grandchildren, Emmett Hale and Elliott Hale.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
