We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2020, at the age of 87, Anderson Wesley Howerton (Nixa, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Howerton and Maye Howerton; his sister Charlene Howerton; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Marshall, Gerald McClelland and Theo Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Swor; his children, Kathy (Kenny Doublin), Rebekah (David Cole), Joshua Doublin (Sarah), Dolores Norton, Thomas Norton (Martha), Andy Norton, Theresa (Roger Rekate), Jonathan Graif (Charity), Cris Graif, Makenzie Rekate, Jackie Shalla, Heather Murray (Justin) and Jordan Shalla; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Peter, Evelyn Cole, Marian Blossom, Thomas Charles Norton, Heidi, Kent Murray, Lille, Hayes Porter, Levi and Luke Matthews; his sisters, Madeline Jackson, Oleta McClelland and Nora Marshall; his stepgranddaughters, Ashley (Tyler Porter) and Alison (Nick Matthews); and also, Lance Shenberger, Rory Shalla, Matt Graif and Tom Norton.
He lived an active, long, and full life but struggling with heart disease and Parkinson's in his later years.
