He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kulka and Nancy Kulka (Shulba); and his brother James Kulka (Jim) of Lethbridge. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Brazeal of Nixa; his children, Deborah Gerdeman (Brian) of Aurora, Doug Kulka (LeeAnn) of Rogers and Dina Vance (Curt) of Aurora, Illinois; his grandchildren, Joshua Gerdeman, Emily Gerdeman, Mitchell Kulka, Anna Lee Kulka, Davis Kulka, Caitlyn Vance and Carter Vance; and his nieces, Shirley Gibbs and Eleanor Fornataro.
