He was predeceased by: his parents, Winford Carter and Margaret Ellen Plumlee (Turner). He is survived by: his children, Tim Plumlee (Brandi) of Bend, OR and Jennifer Peeples (Steven) of Exeter, CA; his grandchildren, Tim Plumlee, Olivia Peeples and Juliana Peeples; his siblings, Roy Plumlee (Jonell) of Exeter, CA and Meredyth Frank of Exeter, CA; and his significant other Peggy Ramey of Niangua, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
