He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret A. Wills (Stratton); his father-in-law Junior Rader; and his nephew Mark Brewer. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughters, Danielle Ruth Neal (Jeremy) of Conway, Missouri and Jessica Arthur of Marshfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Jayse Neal, Easton Arthur and Taelyn Arthur; his father Billy R. Wills; his mother-in-law Shirley Rader; his sisters, Loretta Brewer (Steve) and Teresa Wills of Lebanon, Missouri; his uncle Gene Wills; his nephew Shane Brewer; his brother-in-law Anthony Rader; and his friend Jimmy Sell.

Memorial donations may be made to the Niangua FFA or Webster County 4-H program.
