He is survived by: his parents, Brent Alan and Ollie Annabelle Mullins; his children, Cooper, Dayton, Tymberlyn and Samson Mullins; his siblings, Brian, Brad Mullins, Michelle Malonson and Valerie Dodd; and his children, Casey Roush and Kayla Mullins. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
