She is survived by: her children, Christine Vande Griend (Ballew), Scott Vande Griend, John Ballew, Crystal Schmidt, Theresa Sampaio (Ballew) and Mike Sampaio; her grandchildren, Joseph and Madison Hays; her children, Erick Gonzales, Victoria, Trevor Hassebroek of Lee's Summit, Katherine Vande Griend, Micah Vande Griend, Belton, Annaka, Branden White of Lee's Summit, Aiden Ballew, Austin Dunn, Jessica Terry, Devan Sampaio, Nicholas and Megan Sampaio; her great grandchild Norah Hays; and her grandson Ian Hassebroek of Lee's Summit.
