She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Faulkner and Thelma Faulkner (Martin); her husband Jackie L. Alexander; and her siblings, Betty Essary and Donald Faulkner.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Lewis Alexander, Jr. of Conway, Kathy Shockley (John) of Conway and Annette Lawless (Tony) of Conway; and her grandchildren, Jacob Stasiak (Kelli), Jesse Stasiak, Angela Nichols (Brian), Isaac Stasiak (Amanda), James Matthew Nail and Sara Nail. She is also survived by great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and left in care of the funeral home.
