He is survived by: his children, Kevin Clark of Ozark, Kelly Clark (Norma) of Springfield, Kristi Gilliam of Springfield and Kimmy Welch (Cary) of Marshfield; his grandchildren, James Cartwright (Sarah) of Springfield, Amber Purkey (Brandon) of Hollister, Jeremy Cartwright of Ozark, Melanie Welch of Marshfield and Anthony 'Tony Welch of Marshfield; and his sister Carolyn Stevenson of Nixa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
