He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dale and Betty Jane Adkins (Manar); and his siblings, Randall Adkins and Patricia Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Robin; his siblings, Fred D. Adkins (Elizabeth), Roger L. Adkins, Deborah Murphy, Angela Sanders, Ramona Navarro, Gregory Navarro (Amanda) and Ray Navarro; and his stepfather Ramon Navarro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
