He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank, Dimple Comer (Miller), John and Eloise Roberts; his parents, Mignon C. Morton (Comer) and Kenneth Roberts; his sister Patricia Mason; his son Shawn Louis Roberts; his grandchildren, Sabrina Nicolle Leonard and Jody Edward Luntsford; his great grandchildren, Anthony Page and Lyrik Schomburg; and his cousin Randy Roberts.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Joanne Filbey; his children, Joseph Leonard (Nancy) of St. Charles, Missouri, Jonathan Roberts of Competition, Missouri, Helen Ruth Alexander (John) of Vancouver, Washington, Barbara Jo Long and Jody Luntsford (Jim); his brothers, Richard Roberts (Joanne) and D. C.; and his pets, Peanut and Dixie. He is also survived by grandchildren, 34 wonderful great-grandchildren, 4 adorable great-great grandchildren, several cousins and many nieces and nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Endowment Fund, St. Jude, Wounded Warriors or National Rifle Association.
