It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Deckard of Niangua, Missouri, born in Stilwell, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Osbon and Opal Osbon (Barker); her children, Steven J. Giles (Carla), James M. Deckard (Tara), Brenda E. J, Jamie Tharp, Rachael Deckard, Brooklyn Deckard, JoDee Deckard and Mika Deckard; her siblings, Carl Osbon (Wynola) of Sublette, KS and Debra Slattery (Keith) of Phillipsburg, KS; and her sister-in-law Renaee Osbon of Las Vegas, NV.
