He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ballew; his children, Christine (Scott Vande Griend), John Ballew (Crystal Rowan) and Theresa (Mike Sampaio); his grandchildren, Joseph, Madison Hays, Erick Gonzales, Jessica Terry, Aiden Ballew, Nicholas, Megan Sampaio, Devan Sampaio, Victoria and Trevor Hassebroek; and his children, Micah Vande Griend, Katherine Vande Griend, Annaka Vande Griend and Austin Dunn.
