She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Carter and Betty Carter (Kuykendall); her husband Arthur Christian; her son James Barlow Christian; her brother Tony (Dean Carter); and her son-in-law James Basil Guice.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Christian (Karen), Beatrice Guice, Kenneth Christian (Jenny), Cecil Christian and Virginia Loftin (Bobby); and her siblings, Big Boy Carter, James Carter, EmmaLee Martin and Donald Carter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended relatives.
