He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lester and Muriel Garton (Boyts); and his siblings, Paul Allen Garton, Sonny Garton, Harold Garton and Catherine Stewart.
He is survived by: his daughters, Muriel Booyer of Marshfield, Meredith Garton of Marshfield and Mackenzie Garton of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Dalton Booyer (Chelsea) of Niangua and Haley Lawhon of Springfield; his great grandchildren, Carter, Cooper Booyer of Niangua and Haven Bruton of Springfield; his siblings, Jim Garton (Betty) of Strafford, Nancy Cantrell of Springfield and Margaret Sherpan of Illinois; and his sister-in-law Alice Garton of Marshfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Spring Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
