She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Russell and Pansy Russell (Whitaker); her grandmother Meme; her son Rob Carroll; her former husband Bob Carroll; her grandson Daniel Lee; her husband Earl Cook; her children, Nancy Kelley (Rick), Sally Lee (Gary), Cindy Baker (Johnie), Gayle Peltzer (Brent) and Chris Cook (Tonya); her grandchildren, Carol, Richard, Sarah, Amber, Bobby, Josh, Quentin, Megan, Joey, Olivia, Emma, Abby, Sadie, Hollie, Journee and Zarah; and her siblings, Ted Russell and Patty Larsen. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Good Spring Cemetery or Jimmy Swaggart Ministries.
