He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Effie Blanche Brown (Lowry). He is survived by: his wife Rachel Dickson; his children, David Brown (Jodi) of Newtown, Brenda Embree (Steve) of Crowley, TX and Lori Tucker (Tom) of Newtown; his grandchildren, Christine Smith, Megan McBane (Chris), Aaron Brown (Hailey), Clint Embree, Holly Pugh (Ryan), Heather Michaelis and Trevor Tucker (Haley); his stepgrandchildren, Robert Foster (Misty) and Mikkie Richardson (Phillip); his sister Ann Morley (Larry) of Columbia, MO; and his cousins, Gary Brown (Audrey) and Betty Dickenson. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, 7 step great-grandchildren, and 4 step great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newtown Christian Church. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Newtown Christian Church or the Center Grove Cemetery.
