He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Philliber and Nettie Philliber (Newdiger); his wife Charlotte; and his children, Vickey Berry (Roger), Patrick Philliber (Tammy Winquist) and Mysty Isenberg (Albert).
