He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Laney; his wife Pat Nash of Vida, Missouri; his daughter Tina Nash of Vida, Missouri; his grandchildren, Gracie Ann Nash, Tyler Cifarelli of Vida and Jordan Cifarelli of New York; his parent Susan May Johnson of Rolla, Missouri; his siblings, Bill Johnson (Chris), Daniel Johnson of Rolla, Missouri and Connie Wilson (Brad) of Jefferson City, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Dale, Mike, Dillon, Amber, Brandon, Brock, Christian and Jayden. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
