He is survived by: his close friend Carla Campbell; his father Jerry Lee Vance of Lewisburg, WV; his sons, Steven Hudson of Newberg, Dalton, David A. and Ethan Vance; and his aunts, Elaine Barnett (David) of Rolla, Marie Wilkerson (Jim) of Rolla and Ethel Sanders of Rolla.
