He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Lee Johnson and Mary Eileen Johnson (O'Callaghan); and his brother Robert Lee Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Johnson (Hines) of Newburg, MO; his sons, Mark Adams of Doolittle, MO, Greg Adams of Doolittle, MO and Jeff Adams (Tapanga Garfit) of Rolla, MO; his brothers, Thomas Johnson (Diana) of Rolla, MO and Kevin Johnson (Glenda) of Niangua, MO; and his grandchildren, Xander, Xavy, Arya, Grayson and River. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
