She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas McKinney and Esther Pruett McKinney; her spouse Donnie Ray Mullins; her stepchildren, Don Mullins, Jr. and Judy Mullins; and her pet Tink.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Franks of Newark, MO and Jeff Miller (Connie) of Newark, MO; her brother Larry McKinney (Sharon) of Newark, MO; her granddaughters, Kathleen Barnett (Drew) of Perry, MO, Jessica Hudson (Josh) of Ewing, MO and Kendra Miller of LaBelle, MO; and her great grandchildren, Landry, Aubree Barnett, Avalynn, Jolee Hudson, Caden, Carter Goodwin, Bonnie Huddleston (Junior) of Liberty, IL and Donna Mullins of Payson, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
