He is survived by: his parents, Hugo E. and Bertha Weber Richter; his daughter Carol Engelhart (Paul) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Tyler Engelhart of Jackson, Katelyn Engelhart of Jackson and Alexis Engelhart of Jackson; and his brother Raymond Richter of Cape Girardeau.
