She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Varnadore; her husband William Clark; her brother C. A. Varnadore; and her grandson Doug Hendrix. She is survived by: her children, Billy (Donette Clark) of New Madrid, Rita Atchley of Poplar Bluff and Pat (Dale Ray) of Sikeston; and her siblings, Martha (Bobby Crabb) of Jonesboro and Carlis (Kay Varnadore) of Sikeston. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
