He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha M. Riggs (Wallace) and Marvin Riggs; and his brother Ronald Dean Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Riggs of New Madrid, MO; his children, Jonathan Riggs (Candace) of New Madrid, MO, Rachell Riggs of New Madrid, MO, Julia York (Rodney) of New Madrid, MO, Jessie Harris (Jim) of New Madrid, MO and Melissa Harris (Arlen Pixley) of New Madrid, MO; and his brother Bobby Riggs (Karen) of Milan, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of many other relatives and very dear friends.
