It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Fowler (New Madrid, Missouri), born in Fulton, Kentucky, who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her spouse Henry E. Fowler; her children, Gail Duke (Jim) of New Madrid and Tony Fowler (Annette); and her sisters-in-law, Mary L. Champion and Dorothy Fowler. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren.
