He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Chappel of Sikeston. He is survived by: his spouse Frances Smith Stanley; and his children, Kevin Stanley of Clarksville, AR., Patrick Stanley of New Madrid, Jason Stanley of Little Rock, AR., JoAnne Elps of Clarksville, AR., Laurel Peeples (Jody) of Little Rock, AR., Jacqueline Wilson of Clarksville and Lisa Buckthorpe (Richard) of New Madrid. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
