He is survived by: his wife Katherine Renna Kinsey Simmons; his son Jimmy Simmons of New Madrid; his mother-in-law Maxine Kinsey of New Madrid; and his siblings-in-law, Jay, Robin Kinsey of Guyton, Georgia and Willis Lewis of Malden.
