He is survived by: his parents, David Lee Axtell, Sr. and Caroline Sue Harmon; his wife Pam Axtell of New Madrid; his children, Jenifer Axtell of Sikeston, MO and Jousha Axtell of Ottumwa, IA; his stepdaughters, Robin Warren (Jim) of Sikeston and Sydney Barnes of Sikeston; his granddaughter Lillith Warren of Sikeston; and his brother Gerald "Jerry" Axtell of East Praire, MO. He is also survived by 1 aunt and 1 uncle and a host of other relatives and friends.
