He was predeceased by: his parents, James Riley and Georgia Tapley Riley; his wife Joyce Welshans Riley; and his siblings, Orphia Corzine, Mary Goines and Jim Riley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mona Riley Hollenbeck of Columbia and Becky Anderson (John) of Kiaser; and his stepson Clay Riley (Luanne) of Jackson. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
