She was predeceased by: her parents, Algen Scott and Essie Bruce Scott; her siblings, Robert Taylor, Jimmy Scott, Leroy Scott, Birdie Mae Smith and Annie Mae Scott; and her brother-in-law Leonard Smart.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Ray Gilmore of New Madrid, Sandra Scott, Trina Freeman (Warren) of New Madrid and Lisa Hampton (Al "June") of Dyersburg; her sisters, Brenda Wheeler (Jake) of Bernie and Mary Smart of Elkhart; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Smart of Elkhart and Lillie "Tootsie" Taylor of New Madrid; and her goddaughter Ann Evans Copeland. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
