He is survived by: his spouse Pam Lyons; his former wife Joy Schaffer of Sikeston; and his children, Dana Hendricks Fisher of Bastrop, Amanda of Bastrop, Johnson of Bastrop, Carole of Bastrop, McGoldrick of Bastrop, Mark and Austin.
