She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Tapley Sr. and Dorothy Selleck Tapley; and her brother Walter Lee Tapley Jr.. She is survived by: her close friend Dale Glascock; her brothers, Ronnie Tapley (Helen) of New London, Missouri and Robin Tapley (Pam) of New London, Missouri; and her goddaughter Sandy Schmits. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
