He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Tapley Sr. and Dorothy A. Selleck Tapley. He is survived by: his wife Helen V. Parrish; his aunt Alvina Dotson; his cousin Tommy; and his children, Ronald L. Tapley Jr. (Debi), Twan Lynn Madsen (Matt) and Debra Meyers (Kenny). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one expectant great grandchild.
