He is survived by: his wife Patricia Higdon; his children, Kelvin Roberts (Kelly) of Quincy, IL, Rodney Roberts (Gayla) of Quincy, IL, Kerri Strode (Randy) of Murrayville, IL, Dina Dreyer (Ron) of Quincy, IL, Carmen Tullock of Barry, IL, Suzie Harvey (Shawn) of New London, MO and Rich Tullock (Danell) of Clayton, IL; his siblings, Betty Wilcox of Potosi, MO, Donna Turner (Wayne) of Vandalia, MO, Carl Tullock (Barbara) of Holts Summit, MO, Elaine McCormick of Vandalia, MO and Dennis; and his grandmother Singleton of Newbern, TN. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
