He is survived by: his wife Fran Chandler; his children, Michael Joseph Arnett (Shelley) and Jill Otten (Chad); his grandchildren, Jessica Arnett, Michael "Joey" Arnett, Chad Otten Jr. (Brooke), Debbie Arnett (Chris Midkiff), Chandler Arnett (Anna), Hannah Otten (Cam), Brody Otten (Kenzie), Allie Otten, Callee Arnett and Madalynn Newsome (Jake); his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Arnett, Kashous MidKiff and Chloe; and his family Yellowstone National Park of Deadwood, S. D.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
